No Bake Peanut Butter Chews for Kids to Make
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2/3 confectioners sugar
1 cup nonfat dry milk
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Stir peanut butter and corn syrup in a medium size bowl until blended and smooth. Stir in sugar. Gradually add milk until blended. Form round balls and place on cookie sheet and refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

No Bake Cherry Cheesecake
1 graham cracker pie crust
2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 (8 oz) cool whip
1 tsp vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Cream together cream cheese, cool whip and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Cover with cherry pie filling. Chill and serve.

1/4 cup margarine
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecan
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water
Heat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 inch pan. Set aside cocoa packet. combine cake mix, 1/4 cup water, eggs and butter in large bowl. beat at low speed of electric mixer until just blended. measure 1/2 cup batter into small bowl. add cocoa packet, chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon water. stir until blended, add nuts randomly on top. swirl with knife.
bake at 350 for 22 to 27 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. cool, cut into bars.

1 can crescent rolls
2 large apples
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 stick butter
1 can Mountain Dew
Preheat oven to 350. Core, peel and slice apples into 8 pieces (4 pieces per apple). Roll apple slices into cresent rolls. Roll from wide end first. Melt butter in microwave and then add sugar and cinnamon. spoon over rolled apples in pan. Pour mountain dew around apples in pan. Bake for 45 minutes. You can use a disposable foil pan to bake in.
You can use less sugar and butter if it is too rich/sweet for you. reduce sugar to 1 cup and butter to 1/2 stick

Stroganoff Bake
Stroganoff Bake
1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom
2 cups of shredded cheese
Milk to desired consistency (about a half a can)
1 loaf French bread
Cook Ground Beef, drain, put beef back into the pan then add cream of mushroom, milk, lipton onion soup mix. Cook over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes. Cut French bread loaf in half and place both halves on a cookie sheet face up then spread mixture from pan onto your bread and top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.

Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 small can 5 oz or 2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 to 2 cups peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla
Heat sugar, butter and evaporated milk to full rolling boil in 3 quart heavy saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil on medium heat until can form a soft ball in a cup of cold water. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and marshmallow creme until melted; stir in vanilla.
Spread immediately in foil lined 9 inch square pan. Cool at room temperature at least 4 hours. Cut into squares, store in airtight container, makes about 3 lbs.

Easy Sweet Potato Pie
1 1/2 cup sweet potatoes (cooked & mashed) (I just use canned)
2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
2 eggs beaten
1 cup milk
1 unbaked pie shell
Pecan halves for decoration on top only (optional)
Mix all ingredients. Spread into pie shell. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 30 minutes more. Decorate top with pecans if so desired.
