CABBAGE CREOLE
Here is a recipe I got from my friend at That Little Touch

1 lb. ground beef
1 head cabbage

1 tsp. salt

1 can stewed tomatoes

1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies

1 can Cheddar cheese soup

1 lg. onion

1 bell pepper

Brown ground beef, onion, and bell pepper.  Add cabbage, and rest of the ingredients and simmer. Freezes well.
I like to add an extra can of tomatoes and velveta since I like mine a little more soup like.
