Daniel's Smoked Sausage Dish

Daniel’s Smoked Sausage Dish
Slice red potatoes enough to cover the bottom of the dish. Chop ½ of a onion, red & green bell peppers also chopped, place on top of red potatoes, now slices of beef smoked sausage, add some butter, salt, pepper.
Cover and bake at 425 for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are done. Then layer some cheese on top and let melt. Then stir all together.

Got this receipe from a friend at work. Made it one night for my Husband and it is now a favorite.

Mix Berries Cobbler

I got this receipe off facebook from a friend. This is a weight watcher receipe and it is good. I just had to try it.

Mix Berry Cobbler

1 white cake mix with the pudding in it
24 oz bag mix berries (I get 2-12 oz bags at Dollar Tree for only $1 each)
one 12 oz can of diet 7up, or diet sprite
1/4 cup sugar (optional)

Place berries in the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish , sprinkle sugar  over berries if you want to make it just a little sweeter.  Now spread cake mix over top don't mix with berries. Pour 7up over the top of that (once again do not mix). Place in a 350 degree oven and bake until top is lightly brown.
