Butterfinger Freeze Dish

3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, soft
1 cup cold milk
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 gallon butter pecan ice cream softened
1 - 8 oz carton of cool whip softened
2 to 3  butterfinger candy bars crumbled

In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and butter until crumbly. Using 3/4 of the mixture spread and pat  into ungreased 13inch x 9inch dish. In a large bowl, using hand mixturer combine milk and instant pudding until thickened. Now add the softened ice cream slowly until all is mixed together and pour into dish over graham cracker crumbs.  Spread the cool whip on top of that. Crumble the left over graham cracker crumbs and the crumbled candy bars on top. Now cover and place in freezer for at least 2 hours or until frozen.

This is a great summer time treat.






Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

1 - unbaked pie crust
2 large eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans (opational)

Beat eggs, flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter. Stir in chips and pecans. spoon into pie shell. bake at 350 for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool and serve with ice cream or cool whip.

I make is for my family and they just loved it, so I made another to take to the office and it was a hit there also.





Pecan Pie Muffins

1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup butter
1 whole eggs beaten

Preheat oven 350. grease your muffin pan. In a medium bowl, stir together brown sugar, flour and pecans. In another bowl beat butter and eggs together until smooth. Stir into the dry ingredients just until combined. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups. Cups should be about 2/3  full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.



Ingredients
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup  milk
1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 graham cracker crust
2 cups whipped topping
toasted coconut

Directions
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, milk and dry pudding mix until smooth. Fold in pineapple. Spoon into crust. Spread with whipped topping: sprinkle with coconut. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

I made this pie and took it to the office for the taste test. Everyone loved it.


Strawberry Cream Freeze

1- 8 oz tub cool whip
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1 teaspoon sugar

Mix throughly and freeze. I just put it back in the cool whip tub.

So easy and so good. Gary keeps asking for more.







Delicious Apple Dumplings


1 can crescent rolls
2 large apples
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 stick butter
1 can Mountain Dew

Preheat oven to 350. Core, peel and slice apples into 8 pieces (4 pieces per apple). Roll apple slices into cresent rolls. Roll from wide end first. Melt butter in microwave and then add sugar and cinnamon. spoon over rolled apples in pan. Pour mountain dew around apples in pan. Bake for 45 minutes. You can use a disposable foil pan to bake in.




Weight Watchers Peach Cobbler

 1 yellow cake mix
10 or 11 oz of lemon lime soda or 7 up
2 cans of sliced peaches in light syrup

Add soda to dry cake mix and mix well
add 2 cans of drained peaches (save drained juice)
Bake in oblong baking dish @350 for 35-40 minutes (test for doneness)
Pour a little bit of saved juice to top of warm cake

Can serve with lowfat ice cream or cool whip

I found this recipe on facebook and it looks interesting. I haven't made it yet but it sounds great. It also recieved great reviews








Banana Split Pie


1 graham cracker crust (deep dish)
1 pkg cream cheese
2 cups powder sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 bananas
1 small can crushed pineapple
cool whip
cherries

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together and spread in the bottom of the pie crust. then layer sliced bananas , pineapple, cook whip and cherries place in ice box for 1 to 2 hours
(you can change this recipe up so many ways just by adding nuts, caramel, chocolate)

My daughter got this recipe from a friend at work and it is just great.

Easy Sweet Potato Pie


1 1/2 cup sweet potatoes (cooked & mashed) (I just use canned)
2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
2 eggs beaten
1 cup milk
1 unbaked pie shell
Pecan halves for decoration on top only (optional)

Mix all ingredients. Spread into pie shell. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 30 minutes more. Decorate top with pecans if so desired.

Lemonade Pie


1 can sweetened condensed milk
half a can frozen lemonade, thawed
1 tub cool whip
1 graham cracker pie shell

Blend milk, lemonade, cool whip and pour into pie shell.
refrigerate serveral hours.

I make this the night before serving.

Easy Coconut Cream Pie


2 cups cold milk
2 pkgs (4 serving size each) jello vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 cup coconut
1 tub cool whipped topping
1 graham cracker pie crust

Pour milk into large bowl, add pudding mix and mix well. Add 1/2 cool whip and mix well, add coconut, and mix well. Pour into crust. refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Add the rest of the cool whip on top and roast and little coconut and put on top.

Butterfinger Pie


6 (2 1/8 oz) butterfinger candy bars, crushed
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 (12 oz) carton cool whip
1 graham cracker crust

Mix first three ingredients together. Put in the pie crust, chill, and serve.
Sooooo easy

Fluffy Pumpkin Cheesecake


1 graham cracker pie crust
1 pkg (12 oz) cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon pumkin pie spice
1 cup 100% pure pumpkin
2 eggs

Mix cream cheese, sugar and pumpkin spice on medium speed.
Stir in Pumpkin add eggs and mix until blended. Pour into crust.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. cool. refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight

Chocolate Pie


2 cups cold milk
2 pkgs (4 serving size) jello chocolate instant pudding
1 tub cool whip
1 graham cracker pie crust

Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix well add 1/2 tub cool whip.
Let set in ice box about 2 hours. Top with the rest of the cool whip. Add some
chocolate shavings.

My family just loves this recipe. I think sometimes they could eat this every week.

Strawberry Jello Pie


1 box strawberry jello
1 cup sugar
dash of salt
3 tablespoons corn starch
1 1/4 cups boiling water
1 cup of sliced strawberries (or frozen, thawed ad drained)

Mix together all but strawberries and bring to boil for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of sliced
strawberries. Pour into graham cracker pie shell. Let cool until about 2 hours in ice box.
Top with cool whip when jello filling has set firm in crust.

This is a great recipe. My daughter just loves it.

Pecan Pie

3 eggs
1 cup white or dark karo
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 stick butter
1 uncooked pie shell

Beat eggs well, add all other ingredients, mix well. Cover botton of pie shell
with pecans (and I always break mine up) and pour mixture over pecans.
Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes.

This recipe is Gary's Grandmothers. She was the best cook I have every Known.
 When she set the table there was so much food, there wasn't much room for
your plate.
