Tater Tot Casserole
1 pound ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces sour cream
1/3 cup red onions
2 cups mild cheddar cheese, grated
dash of salt and pepper
1 (28 ounce) bag tater tots
In a skillet brown beef, drain and rinse. Combine beef, chicken soup, mushroom soup, sour
cream, onion, half of the cheese, salt and pepper. Then add 3/4 of the tater tots. Pour into an
ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Top with remaining tater tots and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Then
top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
