Main Dishes

Mexican Casserole
1 lb ground beef
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 onion chopped
1 bag tortilla nacho chips
1 can ranch style beans
8 oz shredded cheese

Brown ground beef and onions in large shillet. Add tomatoes, beans & bring to boil. Put layer of chips
then layer of ground beef mix. Then repeat. Top with cheese bake at 350 until it bubbles and cheese is
melted.
