Easy Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream Pie
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk 2/3 cup hershey's chocolate syrup 2 cups cool whip 1 chocolate ready crst pie shell
In large bowl stir together milk and syrup. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Cover with plastic lid from pie crust. Freeze Firm (overnight) I put a little extra cool whip on top and some chocolate bits. I did not think this was a pretty pie, but i think it can be dressed up better to lool prettier. But the important thing is taste and this pie has it. I servered it with lunch today for the first time everyone loved it. There was only one piece of pie left and my father in law took that home for later. Gary , my husband was disappointed he didn't get the last piece. Gary informed me to make another one soon. |
